Employer is seeking a Full Time Bank Secrecy Act & Deposit Compliance Officer.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* A minimum of three years’ experience in a financial institution’s BSA/AML department.
* Must be well-informed on BSA/AML/KYC and OFAC matters as well as financial products, services, and bank operations.
* Previous experience working with regulatory agencies and state banking agencies.
\*\*\*Must possess a satisfactory credit rating, and be able to pass a background check.\*\*\*
DUTIES: The Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)/Deposit Compliance Officer is responsible for coordinating the development, implementation and administration of all aspects of the corporate-wide BSA and Deposit Compliance Program. This position monitors compliance with state and federal Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), USA PATRIOT Act, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), OFAC laws and regulations and other deposit compliance regulations, responsible for related employee training.
This is an exempt position. Reports directly to the Board of Directors. Supervised by the CEO.
