Join Vista Verde Dental Partners as a hands-on leader in technology solutions for our dental practice partners and team members.
* Lead, coordinate and resolve incidents reported by our dental partner offices, teams, and leadership as quickly as possible.
* Ensure practice systems and hardware are in compliance with information security policies and remediate any problem systems identified.
* Work alongside various team members and vendors to resolve immediate incidents and identify and resolve root cause of incidents
* Recommend enhancements to the IT environment that will improve the quality, performance, security and reliability of the environment.
* Follow project methodologies to complete assigned tasks.
* Provide technical expertise to others as necessary, including instructing field teams in basic troubleshooting and problem resolution.
* Configure new equipment and connections.
* Handle day-to-day IT related requests
What you’ll need to join Vista Verde Dental Partners:
* Degree in Computer/Information Science, technical college or equivalent combination of education and work experience required
* 5 years of help desk experience with minimum 1 year in a lead role required
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to collaborate and work effectively in partnership with others
* Strong customer service orientation
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
* Eagerness to learn and continually expand on skillset
* Occasional travel to practice locations
* Strong troubleshooting ability; can take steps to isolate issues and determine root cause through investigation and analysis in an environment where little knowledge/experience/documentation exists
* Experience with mass deployment of images and software updates to remote computers using tools
* Experience with file servers and associated protocols to serve files across a network

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
