The Human Relations Manager is the go-to person for all employee-related issues. This means that your HR Manager duties will involve managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development and talent management.

As the success of the team grows, this individual will be responsible for hiring, training, and leading additional team members to ensure all tasks of the company continue to be completed to high standards with maximum efficiency.
Our EOS company is looking for a highly capable person to:
· Support the Service, Operations, and Growth Managers in effective growing of the divisions
· Recruit quality employees for all divisions as needed
· Successful onboarding of new employees
· Maintain the company employee manual
· Coordinate payroll and benefits programs
· Calculate bi-monthly payroll and submit to our PEO portal

· Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate

· Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
