*Studio Facilities Associate Job Description*

BoxUnion is looking for a highly motivated individual with attention to detail to join our team in the role of Studio Facilities Associate. This position will be responsible for helping a high-volume studio meet and exceed its goals by maintaining and improving all aspects of the studio’s facilities and operations. Candidate needs to have a strong, well-organized work ethic, team player mindset, and ability to accept constant feedback to assist in the growth of the team and business.

*Responsibilities & Duties: *

Operations, Facilities, & Community:

* Work directly with management on all studio-level facility matters
* Participate in bi-weekly facility walkthroughs with management
* Responsible for safety and sanitation of the studio and all common areas
* Communicate with management on equipment, chemicals, and operational procedures to guarantee studio is in compliance with Brand Standards
* Be able to work quickly and precisely to provide quality assurance on cleaning protocols to allow for classes to start and end on time
* Go the extra mile to provide an all-around great experience from the moment a member enters the studio to the moment they leave
* Participate in 1 BoxUnion class a week along with 4 different coaches in a month

Maintenance and Cleaning Checklists:

* Complete all cleaning checklists and maintenance calendars on time and with precision
* Work directly with assistant manager on all aspects pertaining to maintenance, inventory, ordering, and tracking
* Communicate and work with teammates to accomplish all goals and requirements within a specific deadline
* Work directly with studio team (leadership & coaches) to guarantee all BoxUnion policies, procedures, systems, and business practices are fulfilled
* Accurately follow studio cleaning checklists (pre/during/post class) to ensure that the studio is meeting or exceeding BoxUnion’s Standards

*Qualifications: *

* Must be passionate about health and fitness and love our workout
* Have a passion for providing the best possible experience to all of our Boxers
* A minimum of 1 year of facilities related work experience
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Have the ability to work and communicate with a wide range of personalities
* Have the ability to prioritize and multi-task within a fast-paced environment
* Must be willing to initiate tasks and perform duties without direction
* Must have a positive, can-do attitude while demonstrating that no task is too big or too small
* Must have a friendly and professional in-person communication etiquette
* Must be available to work a variety of weekly shifts as well as weekends and holidays
* Must have a dependable means of transportation & arrive on time and be ready to work

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
