_Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) _
We currently have full-time & part-time openings on 2nd & 3rd shifts for Licensed Nursing Assistants (please indicate your preference when applying). We are offering sign-on bonuses for these position.

In addition to standard LNA duties, job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Participate in and receive report from the licensed nurse at the beginning and end of assigned shift
• Maintain awareness of care plans daily to ensure the provision of appropriate care
• Observe residents frequently during assigned shift to ensure all personal care needs are being met
• Maintain confidentiality of all resident-related care information to ensure HIPAA compliance
• Treat residents with kindness and dignity while respecting resident rights and privacy at all times
• Encourage residents to develop and maintain independence and highest level of functioning in all activities of daily living

Job Requirements:
• High school graduate or GED
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Graduate of an approved Nursing Assistant Training Program and currently licensed as a Nursing Assistant in good standing with the State of New Hampshire Board of Nursing
• Recent clinical experience; long-term care experience preferred
• Must be punctual, dependable and demonstrate compassion and patience
• Excellent communication skills and a command of the English language
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions

Physical Demands:
• Walking, sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and stretching
• Close and distance vision, ability to distinguish color, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. and support 50 lbs. for brief duration
• Ability to hear alarms, ability to hear resident call bells and ability to hear and give verbal instructions and to converse
• Ability to participate in and assist with emergency evacuation
• Fine motor skills as necessary to operate clinical equipment, computer keyboard and copy machine

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.50 per hour
