Ditka's Restaurant Group is currently seeking a full time Executive Sous Chef for our Pittsburgh location.
The ideal candidate must have a:
* Minimum of 3 years experience
* Experience managing a kitchen of similar standing
* Serve Safe Certified
Responsibilities include managing daily kitchen operations including but not limited to:
* Ability to teach and run all stations with precision
* Ability to follow food specifications and produce perfect plates
* Ability to command the expo station and qualify food to specifications
* Be a leader both in the BOH and the FOH
* Daily inventory, ordering and receiving
* Audit all aspects of the kitchen daily to insure we are compliant with health code
* Keep kitchen and all equipment clean and organized
* Lead by example and maintain a positive workplace
* Ability to create staff schedules and control labor cost
* Work 50-55 hours per week
