Registered Veterinary Technician

Opening for FT, experienced, registered veterinary technician at busy veterinary practice in Cleveland Heights, OH. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who desires to work in a team environment where the patient and client always come first. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and technical abilities. He/she must be able to communicate effectively and comfortably with clients, use the computer efficiently to maintain medical records, take radiographs, draw blood, place IV catheters, read cytology samples, assist with anesthesia and surgery, be able to lift 50 pounds, maintain patient comfort and provide treatments prescribed by the veterinarian. Experience with low stress handling/restraint methods a plus!! Compensation based on experience.
