Church Street Entertainment (CSE) owns and operates over 9 bars, restaurants and nightclubs in downtown Orlando and is currently seeking experienced professionals for two units located in the heart of downtown Orlando. the Assistant Kitchen Manager (AKM) will be pro-active in the operation of the Kitchen with the responsibilities including but not limited to kitchen organization, ongoing culinarian training, and all phases of food production. the AKM will be responsible for maintaining kitchen standards, including food quality and cook times, during lunch, happy hour, dinner, group sales, and late- night business. The AKM will report to the establishments General Manager and Church Street Entertainments Executive Chef, as well as work closely with front of house and back of house staff to ensure all measures are properly taken to meet company standards.
*Responsibilities*
* At least 2 years of previous Kitchen Manager, Assistant Kitchen Manager or Kitchen Supervisor experience required.
* Food Experience in high volume restaurant preferred.
* 2-year degree or 3 years of industry experience preferred
