*Farmshop currently seeks an experienced restaurant manager to join our FOH management team at our Marin location in Larkspur’s Marin Country Mart.. *

*Conceived by Jeff Cerciello, former Culinary Director for the Thomas Keller Group, Farmshop opened in 2010 in the Brentwood Country Mart. An instant hit, Farmshop has become both a destination for food enthusiasts and part of the local Brentwood community where guests have come to enjoy locally sourced, California-inspired fare served daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The much-lauded bakery invites guests to indulge in the city's best croissants, muffins, scones and cookies, while the large market boasts a carefully selected assortment of goods including wine, chocolate, cheese, produce and ceramics. *

*A second location in Marin County, minutes from San Francisco, opened in 2013 receiving 3 stars from SF Chronicle restaurant critic Michael Bauer. In 2016 Farmshop opened its state of the art bakery commissary in Culver City to not only provide the very best baked goods to the Brentwood market, but to service a growing number of wholesale accounts throughout the region.*

*The best candidate will possess keen leadership skills and share in our commitment to provide a superior guest experience. Some of the requirements for the position include, but are not limited to: *

* *Minimum 2 years management experience in a similar operation*

* *Guest first approach to hospitality evidenced by example set by front of house staff, particularly hosts and the rest of the support team.*

* *Strong food and beverage knowledge*

* *Leading by example, professional steps of food and beverage service*

* *Solid team player*

* *Comfortable in a fast-paced, casual fine dining environment*

* *Recruit, hire, train, and mentor all FOH staff to meet the needs of the day to day operation*

* *Strong conflict resolution skills*

* *Ability to work seamlessly with the culinary team*

* *Some P&L interpretation experience*

* *Experience with event planning a plus*

* *Flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays*

* *Fluid with industry technology: POS, web based scheduling and invoice management, digital inventory systems, back office intelligence platforms, etc.*

* *Ability to embody a positive work culture*

* *Strong desire to learn and grow with a progressive company*
