*Restaurant Kitchen Production Manager*
*High volume, sports themed restaurant and bar in the heart of Wauwatosa is seeking a full-time kitchen production manager to help facilitate operations. We are looking for the right candidate who thrives working in a fast-paced environment and wants to grow with the business.*
_Job Duties Include, but are not limited to: _
Kitchen staff scheduling/hiring
Food inventory and ordering & product rotation
Staff training and orientation
Personnel supervising and managing and enforcing policies
Cooking
Kitchen production & expediting
Cleaning
Limited banquet and festival facilitation
Limited menu creation
_Experience: _
2 to 3 years cooking experience preferred
Personnel supervision experience a must
_Requirements: _
Serv Safe Certification
Must be able to lift 50 pounds occasionally
Must be able to work both daytime and nighttime shifts weekdays, weekends and holidays
Must have above average organizational skills
Must be self- motivated
Must have leadership qualities
Must be able to work in fast paced, high volume environment production facility
Must be able to follow and enforce procedures
Must be able to stand for 10 hours
_Pay: _
Full time position with $37,000-$47,000 annual salary based on experience and skill level
