Our Short Order Cooks will prepare fast, simple food like sandwiches, chicken, burgers, wings, fries and other bar/golf course foods. You will be occasionally be working on several orders at once, getting them out as fast as possible for our hungry customers. Our cooking environment is different from fast food or traditional full-service restaurants. Our guests and patrons are on their own time schedules based on the rounds of golf. We will be testing menu options based on our customer’s preferences and recommendations.
If you are a creative and enthusiastic person with a genuine love for food preparation, who is excited about preparing a variety of food options, and experimenting with new offerings based on customer demand, this could be a position for you. We are now accepting applications for part-time positions. You must be at least 18 years old. Prior cooking experience preferred but not required. Baking experience a plus. Looking for a "foodie." We are open 7 days a week from sunrise to sunset but need flexible availability based on weather conditions. Short afternoon shifts to accommodate golf leagues. Possibly short mid-day shifts. Weekend morning/afternoons and occasional Saturday evenings would be helpful.

Job Duties:
* Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
* Follow recipes and presentation specifications
* Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently
* Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
* Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
* Restock items as needed throughout the shift
* Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes

* Bi weekly or Twice monthly
