Once 90 days are up, Panel Town management will assess his/her progress and job stature.*

*\*\*\*Retail experience is necessary for this position\*\*\*\**

*Key Functions: *

· Work with customers in person, over the phone, and via email to determine flooring solutions that meet customers’ needs

· Communicate with product vendors/manufacturers to determine product costs, availability, and lead times

· Generate and follow up with potential leads, prioritizing based on the strength of the lead

· Perform order-related duties on the computer with ERP software (to include writing quotes, refunds, orders, POs, etc.)

· Perform basic mathematical functions, unit conversions, and geometrical calculations

· Handle a variety of customer payment methods (cash, credit cards, checks, and accounts)

· Maintain the cleanliness of the store and personal area

*Skills & Experiences: *

· Ability to multi-task without sacrificing the quality of work and attention to detail

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Must be computer savvy and be familiar with operating a computer and ERP software

· Highly proficient in basic computer programs, such as MS Office & internet applications

· Ability to thrive in a team environment

· Knowledge of hard surface floor covering products and methods is preferable, but not required

· Strong problem-solving abilities

· Conflict resolution skills

Job Types: Full-time, Base Plus Commission

Salary Range with Commission $50,000.00 to $115,000.00 /year
