Position: BOH
Report To: Manager on Duty
Position Summary: The Back of house team member is responsible for preparing food items per MCA standards. They are also responsible for all aspects of the kitchen operations. This includes, but is not limited to, the following: Washing small wares, pots, pans, cleaning the kitchen, stocking stations and shelves, putting away orders, removing the trash from the kitchen to the dumpster and following and the company health and Safety procedures that are in place.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Perform open/close of the kitchen
· Prep produce, and par up stations
· Prepare guest food according to MCA standards and quality
· Focus on kitchen cleanliness
· Adhere to all the company policies regarding, but not limited to, health, safety and operational standards
· Assist with putting away deliveries and stocking product
· Wash small wares, pots and pans
· Sweep and Mop
· Remove trash from kitchen to the dumpster
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in the restaurant industry
· Friendly personality
· Good communication skills
· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time

· Physical Stamina (Standing for extended periods, bending, squatting, and lifting)
· Open Availability

Pay: From $12.00 per hour
