Provider Recruiter is responsible handling day to day recruitment processes, implementing market trend and successful-creative sourcing strategies, use of social media platforms, marketing campaigns, career job fair attendance and event planning, candidate management presentation, and applicant database tracking. The incumbent’s goal is to achieve best practice talent and effective match for all open clinical vacancies and provide adjunct as needed support to the Regional Director. You will provide expert customer service management skills for best practice recruitment placement from point of advertisement, sourcing, interview, offer, to seamless employment provider on-boarding new-hire experience.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Management or other related field/or equivalent requirement experience required. PHR preferred.

Licensure: None

Experience: At least 2 years of experience within a physician and advanced practice provider recruiting/talent search environment. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or physician recruitment required. Exceptional communication, written skills, and customer service relationship building. Demonstrated success in recruitment.

Working Conditions, Physical Environment and/or Safety Requirements: Works in a well-lighted and well-ventilated area. Must meet annual safety training requirements relative to a safe work place. Must meet health-testing requirements such as TB skin test annually.

Essential Duties/ Responsibilities/ Technical Skills/ Competencies

Continuously carries out the CCHP Mission to attain excellence in the provision of healthcare services by consistently fulfilling the commitment to quality, and by compassionately and skillfully delivering continuously improving total patient centered service.

Has oversight of provider employment onboarding process including the initial HR staging steps. Ensures that established processes are followed to ensure candidate experiences throughout the recruitment process meet a high standard level of communication, courtesy and follow up.

Uses creative sourcing and recognized best practices in the specialty of talent acquisition to develop and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates for current and anticipated job openings.

Oversees position requisition process, including education, training and monitoring requisition submittal and follow up to maintain current advertisement.

Partners with hiring managers and participates in strategic planning for future talent needs.

Meets or exceeds recruiting goals and deadlines for filling open positions.

Recruits candidates via telephone, internet, e-mailings, social media and other effective avenues.

Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring managers’ interactions, and other recruiting activities in the applicant tracking system.

Screen applicant resumes and applications perform phone and/or in-person pre-screens and make referral recommendations.

Acts as the primary liaison between the hiring manager and candidates during the interview/offer process.

Manage the Applicant Tracking System to include but not limited to, candidate documentation, reporting and support training to business leaders.

Performs numerous vacancy and recruitment reports for tracking purposes.

Develops and maintains business relationships with third party agencies/vendors.

Leads and/or participates on project and committees.

Acts as a back up to Regional Director to support team initiatives.

Supports team in immigration employment oversight process and keeping applicable parities informed.

Additional duties as assigned.
