In advancing the Division of Students' vision as 'Partners in Student Success', you will provide learning skills support to staff and faculty through the development and implementation of approaches/methods and programs delivered through individual and group activities. To be considered for this opportunity, you will bring the following:
Undergraduate degree in Education, Psychology, Social Work or Business with a specialization in education/learning strategies, training or organization development, Master's preferred in education, organizational development, human resources, adult education, or equivalent experience. Awareness and, preferably, certification in of change management techniques (ProSci, etc.), educational and engagement assessment tools (Strengths Deployment Inventory, MBTI, etc.). 5 years recent related experience in teaching and/or the delivery of presentations and/or workshops, counseling/tutoring, program planning, needs assessment, and program evaluation. Experience working with adult learners and work in a post-secondary environment preferred. Demonstrated experience and success in providing and/or creating conditions service excellence for a variety of stakeholders such as students, faculty, clients, customers, colleagues, users, etc.
