Are you interested in joining a dynamic, fast-paced team at one of the UK’s leading universities? King’s College London have been working to make the world a better place for almost 200 years. Since our foundation in 1829, King's students and staff have dedicated themselves in service of society. The Fundraising & Supporter Development Office has been integral to achieving the university’s ambitious goals and mission.

As International Alumni Manager you will be responsible for delivering a portfolio of innovative engagement and volunteering initiatives for King’s international alumni community. Reporting the Senior International Alumni Manager and working closely with colleagues across Alumni & Supporter Engagement, you will be creative in your approach, providing a range of opportunities for international alumni to meaningfully connect with and support King’s. This includes development and delivery of a digital events programme for international alumni, as well as planning international trips when travel can resume. You’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of projects from start to finish, setting goals, measuring success and evaluating the impact of activities.

A key element of this role is to develop our global alumni led groups and networks, including onboarding new volunteer leaders, and developing effective tools for communication with our network of international alumni leaders. You will manage relationships with a portfolio of senior volunteers, ensuring that they are supported in their roles, and that their activity is aligned to King’s strategic goals.

You will bring fantastic organisational and project management skills combined with the ability to set goals, evaluate impact and make recommendations for improvement. You will be a great relationship builder and confident communicating with a range of internal and external stakeholders. You’ll enjoy working as part of a team, be flexible in your approach and take pride in working with colleagues to deliver excellent results.
